Shell Springboard today announced the judges who will be overseeing its regional competition in Central England and Wales. The judging panel, which will meet shortlisted applicants at an event in Manchester on 16 February, will include Dr Kevin Anderson from the Tyndall Centre, Sustainability Northwest Chief Executive Erik Bichard, the Environment Agency's Dr Annette Pinner, and Lord Wade of Chorlton.
