The judging panel for the North region of Shell Springboard was revealed today. Shortlisted applications from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Northern England will be judged by Lloyd Austin, Chair of Scottish Environment LINK, Scottish Institute for Enterprise Chief Executive Sharon Bamford, Professor Patrick Corbett of Heriot-Watt University, and the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency's Monica Straughan.
